BALLARIN prepares the Risk Analysis and the Risk Assessment for your machinery, plants and complex lines in full.
The development of this documentation means that the eventual critical points in your product can be identified and the appropriate corrective actions can be carried out to fulfil the required regulatory standards.
The machinery is analysed completely to identify the risks and hazards that may occur.
Once the residual risks have been identified, BALLARIN offers valid support to organise the corrective actions to reduce or completely eliminate the risk of exposure for the operators as far as possible.
In addition, BALLARIN provides the Custumer with valid informative support for managing the eventual residual risks that remain despite the consideration given in the Risk Assessment.
During the paper writing phase all the mechanical hazards (impact, cutting, shear, winding, crushing, dragging…), electrical hazards (electrocution…), hazards of a chemical nature, the exposure to acoustic noise, the exposure to vibrations, the hazards from materials used in the construction and other factors necessary to ensure the safety of the product are identified as a single element or in a complete line are taken into account.
The Risk Analysis and Assessment prove the safety integration in machinery design and construction and constitute an integral part of the Technical File.
The attachment of the safety pictograms on board the machinery is an essential operation to signal the residual risks and in general for the safety of people that work on the machinery actively and passively.
The safety pictograms also represent an immediate notice on the nature of the hazard or a warning about the actions to be taken (e.g.: use of the Personal Protective Equipment).
The signs on board the machine constitute the supplementary and additional Instructions to the Manual.
