HOW WE WORK

The preparation of the technical documentation is carried out according to your specific needs. As a general rule, our way of working allows for the following operational procedures to be used:

  • COMPLETE OUTSOURCING OF THE MANUALS ACTIVITY: by completely outsourcing the manuals activity to our studio, your technical department will be relieved of bureaucracy connected with the preparation of the technical documentation and therefore, will be able to devote itself to the primary design of the product.
  • WORK ON ONE OR MORE PROJECTS: In this case we work directly on a product, on a group of products or on the entire production range with customised organisational strategies. If necessary, our technical staff supported by your technicians, work on products that have been commissioned.
  • WORK ON LARGE BATCHES AT A FIXED PRICE: The work on large batches is a method that we have designed to meet the special needs of a customer that manufactures many pieces of machinery during a year. This method provides for the stratification of the work by category and the identification of a unitary price for each subcategory.

Example: Company that manufactures machinery, partly completed machinery and complete lines.

Category 1 (PARTLY COMPLETED MACHINERY):

SIMPLE (“A” Price)

STANDARD (“B” Price)

COMPLEX (“C” Price)

Category 2 (MACHINERY):

SIMPLE (“D” Price)

STANDARD (“E” Price)

COMPLEX (“F” Price)

Category 3 (COMPLETE LINES):

SIMPLE, up to 4 pieces of machinery (“G” Price)

STANDARD, from 5 to 10 pieces of machinery (“H” Price)

COMPLEX, > 10 pieces of machinery (“I” Price)

We will use this method to deliver you a FIXED PRICE LIST. For each piece of work, is simply assigned the corresponding letter to identify the price immediately. This method is applicable for instruction manuals, risk assessments and for complete sets of documentation (Technical Files and Relevant Technical Documentations). In this way the manufacturer will essentially be able to derive two benefits:

  • Significant reduction of costs in relation to a single production.
  • The medium and long-term programming of the costs of manuals.
